Starting Fresh: The Road Map To YOUR Success

If you do not know where you are going how will you know how to get there?

Emphasis on YOUR because everyone's journey to greatness will look different.

“Welcome to the post that will change your life...I hope!”

I mean why else will I be sharing this information? To change your life through the changes in my life. I am sure we have all heard the phase "Road Map To Success", but how do you create one?

Define Your Success

This can literally be one of the hardest things to do in our life. Defining what it means for us to have success. The "All American Dream".that has been sold to many of u s in our youth...you know the one.. great corporate job, married, brand new house, with a dog and 2.5 kids, can be just that. A dream! Many of you reading this may have already accomplished some version of this dream and not feel like you have succeeded in anything.

To start the process of creating your road map to success, you must first be able to define what success is. This goes beyond the fancy car and lavish vacations.

Success defined for me: "Accomplishing the purpose that God has given me."

Success in All Areas of Your Life

“Does your success happen in only one area of your life?.”

Question: Does your success only happen in one are of your life?

If the answer is yes, dare I say that you my friend are not successful. How can you thrive in your business only to go home to a chaotic home? How can you thrive at taking care of your family and not take care of yourself?

Let me give you an example of why this could be a problem. If you are a phenomenal mother...which you are queen, but you don't take care of yourself...year down the line your health may fail you in such a way that you end up having to go to the hospital for how ever long it take you to get better. Now you are in a position where you are not caring for your family.

I challenge you to live a life that causes you to have success in all areas!

  • Your relationship with God

  • Your physical health

  • Your mental health

  • Your professional life

  • Friends

  • Family

  • Marriage

  • Fun

Now that you have a better understanding of why you should aim to have success in al areas of your life, know that no one is perfect. The purpose of creating your road map is so that you create goals that actually accelerate you into your greatness.

Setting Goals

Many of us are familiar with setting goals in our daily routines. One of the major keys to achieving your road map to success is having the ability to create goals that launch you forward. This is what I call CEO goals. Your to do list is not a CEO goal. Creating a marketing strategy and tracking the results so that you can better understand if/how you reach your target market...is a CEO goal. Changing your diet so that you maintain great energy throughout the day to complete tasks, is a CEO goal. Checking you email is not.

The goal is to create impactful goals that contribute to your growth in your personal and professional life. You want to achieve productivity, not just have constant business.

If you need help creating these goals, I would love to help. Our power sessions are great for solving this problem!
